Description

One case is still described in ticket #11, gatling on the Santa Fe train station.

I found another case with knifes in Santa Fe Express map:

  • buy some knifes
  • throw a knife toward a moving canyon edge
  • the corresponding mover will be blocked for few seconds and the valley will be opened.

Scrotos on #ioquake3 channel on Freenode pointed me to 2 bug reports in ioQuake3 bugzilla which should be related:

  1. Bug 4235 - Able to block movement of nonsolid func_trains (even in noclip mode)
  2. Bug 4111 - func_train squishies?

But there isn't still any fix... By the way our Santa Fe Express map can now be a good test map for these cases too.

now when the train passes you, you get pushed against the stairs, and you move the whole train station all over the map :D
